We’re always listening and looking for new ways to improve your experience, so your benefits may grow over time with valuable additions that truly make a difference in your day-to-day living.

Renters Insurance Program
As part of your lease agreement, all residents are required to maintain a renters insurance policy that meets the following criteria:
Policy must be purchased from an A-rated carrier
Coverage must include at least $100,000 in property damage and personal liability
Milestone Premier Properties must be listed as an Additional Interest

To simplify this for you, we offer automatic enrollment in our master renters insurance policy. Instead of shopping around for a separate policy, you’ll be automatically opted into ours, which ensures you’re fully covered and compliant with lease requirements. The cost is just $12.95 per lease, per month, and is added to your ledger.
Compared to the average retail policy cost ($20+ per person), this offers you peace of mind and savings without the hassle.
If you prefer to purchase your own policy, you’re welcome to do so — just make sure it meets all the above requirements and upload your policy details to our resident portal for compliance tracking.
Important: If your personal policy lapses or is non-compliant at any time, you’ll automatically be enrolled in our master policy and charged a $25 violation fee, in addition to the $12.95 monthly insurance charge.

If you experience an emergency maintenance issue after hours, our team is available around the clock to respond and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
For non-emergency requests, feel free to submit them anytime through your Property Meld online portal, and our team will handle them during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Vetted Vendor Network
We work exclusively with a vetted network of trusted vendors—all of whom are insured, and held to Milestone’s high standards. Whether it’s for maintenance, repairs, or routine inspections, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with anyone entering your home.
If you ever have a less-than-great experience with one of our vendors, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We take your feedback seriously and will address any concerns directly with the vendor to ensure continued quality and professionalism.

Flex Payment Options
We understand that sometimes budgeting rent all at once can be challenging. That’s why we’ve partnered with Flex to offer a rent line of credit that allows you to split your rent into smaller, more manageable payments.
If you qualify, Flex will pay your rent in full on the 1st of the month, and you’ll repay them in installments based on your approved plan. Most residents choose to split payments—one installment on the 1st and another around the middle of the month.
This option helps you:
- Avoid late fees
- Stay in good standing with your lease
- Create more flexibility in your budget
